Assignment1: Yuriko Kobayashi
Story
Ramsey Musallam is a chemistry teacher. He realized that student's question is true start for study when he had a matter of life and death. Then he has left pseudo education. He understood that real teacher role is bring up curiosity. And he decided 3rule. First is "Curiosity comes first". Second is "Embrace the mess". Third is "Practice reflection". Cultivators of curiosity and inquiry make student's school day brightness.
Lesson
He said that student's question is very important. I think so, too.
But Japanese students can't emphasize their questions. As a reason Japanese education doesn't have enough opportunities for emphasize their opinions. Japanese education hasn't been able to grow the curiosity. This situation is serious problem for Japanese. So, we should make opportunity by ourselves to grow curious for the future in Japan.
My experience
When I was junior school student, I was member of wind orchestra club. My club was very weak, so teammates gave up. But when we became third grade, teacher said that let's take a gold prize in this year. But nobody said can't, because we can get only bronze prize. Then our reader encourage us. She said challenge and curious is important, and we had motivation. So we practiced very hard. And we weren't seized with the conventional basic method what before we did. We took the various exercises method what we created. Everyone had curiosity and spirit of challenge. Then we could get gold prize. Our club has never gotten gold prize. So it was first time for our club. I could learn what we should challenge everything with curiosity through this experience.

I think so too. Challenge is really important for us,but especially Japanese people is not voluntary.
