Sorry for late post.
I learned from this video is  "personality"  actually in this video the man was kind of strange because he didn't wear formal suit, he's attitude was different from other people. But i think it is really important, in fact when we attend job interview, usually we are become serious and careful our attitude and nobody express our true personality, in other words we are become "Same Person"
 But i think we are all different and we don't need become same. Actually when we watch this video, we thought he was seem strange, but i think other people were more strange.  

Assignment 7 Natsuka Hagiwara

I learned flexible thinking is good. I watched part of movie though Nakagawa’s class. When I watched the movie, some character’s action were really strange. I think many people forget way of thinking with simply. We need think more flexible. If we don’t care about that, we can’t do every things. It is no good. When I think about English, I always care about my sentence is simple and flexible or not? If I can’t think so I would remake the sentence because it is mean that is very difficult to tell my thinking. Actually, keeping flexible is so hard for us. However we should do that. I think obstinate is disturb our good think. Then I learned flexible thinking is good.

I learned from this movie that people should be flexible. When I watched this part of movie I seem like Japan’s society culture because the scene of job interview, some people were in full dress at the time except Will Smith. The people’s behavior were so formal, serious, and so strong. In our country, most of people think strong is polite that is good. However, too much strong is no good. I think strong is disturb our good everything. Especially, when we do something new, if people is not flexible that is very bad. I think if people follow someone it go to be everything is same and no new idea. In my opinion,

I don’t like strong and also follow another people. I want to be a leader because I want to challenge for everything and thinking hard. I believe that challenge is improved me in the future. If I will spend a same time as a follower or leader, I want to use time as a leader and challenging. I think people who every time spend time as a follower, they do waste of time. They should to be a leader. Experience and challenge is very important.

Assignment7:Hiroaki Sasaki

 I  learned about personality last class. In this movie, Will Smith attended to air force meeting but I thought he was not matching in the meeting however I felt personality from his action. 

 Actually if I attended the meeting or job interview then I want to take a safe action  because I want to afraid fail. I had been thought about it since junior high school however I had changed my thinking in the university life. So I feel safety action is not satisfaction  to me. After changing my thinking, I believe personality can tell anyone about something therefore I like personality but I may know another's thinking. If I proceeded something then other option is important on the team or group. In the future, I want to became a   leader by my personality.

Assignment7: Yoshio Nishizawa

I learned if you are not comfortable you should change environment because he changes him environment because it is not fine for him. After that he is good but others are not. Maybe he dose the best. In my case I am lazy and I feel boring. I continue to change the environment because it is good for me and I could learn from past.

I should be leader because I think can not be anything rely now world. I have experience that one day company went bankrupt. I worked in it. I lost my salary and job. Then I realized follower is not so good because if something happens they do not alive. We need to independent.

Now a day Sony is not so good and Lehman brothers went bankrupt. I want to ask is your company OK?  I make the extream story. If you are leader when it happened you just cut others. If you are cut your boss but you can alive because you have skills and you can be leader.

I don't think skill is not necessarily. What dose leader need? I think spirit of challenge and fun is important. If person has good skill can person be leader? I don't tihink it. First , challenge. Through the challenge you can get a skill. Second, having fun. For example leader is boring what do you feel? I think everyone is boring. Leader should have fun every situation.

These are important for leader I think. I do these every day.

Structure is difficult. Can you advice? I want to be high level.

assignment6: Yoshio Nishizawa

I learned OCD yesterday. OCD is one part of dairy life. For example direction, how many items and so on. In my case ,when I played basketball I was OCD. I wake up 6 morning eat 6 half same breakfast take same train practice same menu of course study and practice. I have done for ten years. Holiday is of course same day. I do that same time. The game day ,if the game start 4pm I also do that. I can focus the game. First time I had negative mind for OCD because I don't believe that Mr Nakagawa do things. However I know if you do not do that you don't do best effort. I'm also same.  Now I have positive mind for OCD. I concentrate thing these things.

 Yesterday, I learned about OCD and I watched movie in US. So what do I learn from last class ? This is difficult question for me because we have each OCD. So I talk about my case. 

 I have some of OCD. For instance, when I go to outside, then I have some of rules about my belonging. I always decide potion to my belongings that is text book, file, sporting uniform, wallet and so on. But why do I decide potions ? Because this is my luetine in daily life, I can feel relaxed therefore I must prepare to my belongings.

 In my conclusion, OCD is ruetine. We are supported by it that have some of case and we have some of OCD each other.

Assignment 6 : Chiharu Yamaguchi

     What I learned today are steps to achieve my goal.  In the class, I watched a video of a person who is madness in US. He was a professional border and strict with himself. When I watched this video, I thought he's strict with himself too much but I think we need it to achieve our goal. In my experience, a strict with myself is a good way. When I was freshmen, I took a high level English classes. At the time I wanted to absent those because it was stress because of my broken English. Also my teacher told me in front of my classmate "why am I here Chiharu. This class is difficult for me." However I didn't want to give up so I studied strictly with making steps. I tried to speak in English with my teacher or friends. After the semester I got S score from the teacher. It made me happy.

     Thus I think making steps to achieve my goal are good methods for success. 

Assignment5 Shunzo Yoshida

Q1: 5month ago, she suffered brain tumar, but she had very positive thinking. Her life was changed since then. And, she was forced to notice many things from there. She realized sense of spirituality and faith. And, she speaks to us, it maybe a gift even if you get a disease.

Q2: I learned important of invisible. For example, she said "You will feel loved and appreciated like never be fore and reconnect with friends and acquaintances you haven't heard from in years." Many don't realize, because these are invisible. I can learn many things that is new meaning in my life from bad things.

Q3: I have played tennis in clubs since 12years old. It is not easy, because I should consider opinions of many people. We have also bumped heads with the team mates. I learned taking up other person's opinion.

Q4: At first, she's taking style looks like incredible story. She spoke only good points. There fore I'm interestied in her speech. But, actually it had also bad things. Then, I was surprised and pull in. That is her technique that make the audience deeply consider.

Story 

 Romsey Musallman is chemistry teacher in high school. He could understand what need for education through him teaching experience more than 10 years. He had a cancer at artery. He afraid that but when he talked with his doctor, he could get peace of mind. Because his doctor has confidence to do operation.  He though. It is important to prepare for everything. He said that all teacher must make sure to foster for student’s curiosity.

Lesson

 From his story because I think that fix rule and fix frame is no good for us, I learned following important points: Curiosity comes first, Embrace the mess, and Practice reflection. There would be disturb good opinions and good ideas. Therefore, we have to think without frame. We should have a flexible mind like children. 

I learned that flexibility is important for us.

We need to think outside of the box. If we do that,  we will be discovery new ideas. 

My personal experience 

 When I was high school student, I was member of the student council’s accounts. We had to work for school at that time. It was really hard for us because quantity was a lot. One day, our leader said let’s do brain storming. I want your crazy and curios opinions.

We talked about what I wanted to do at student council. We shared with each enthusiasm of student council. For example, we stick Post-it on a wall, window, white board, refrigerator, PC, and so on. Since then, we held meeting every day. We discussed in unreasonably. Probably, students except student council member thoughts that we looked like fools. However, we could succeed almost to use this way. I thought that we needed curiosity as well as considering through having fun to prepare for the theme. This experience was really important for me

1 How do I motivate myself

 In my case, I always make the hard situation for me. When I was in AUS, I made a lot of friends. I didn't care what they are from even if they are Japanese. One day, however, I realized I need to talk with English speaker for my English skill. At first I talk a lot with English leaner as Asian or somewhere because it's easy to understand each other. However it was not good our skill because we made some mistakes and leaned mistakes each other. Then I thought I should talk with Australian because we wWere in AUS. I had a good opportunity to learn English from many native speakers. After I rearized that, I tried to make many Australian friends. It was hard to do because I was the language school so there aren't Australian there. I think, however, my English skill improved after I made a lot of Austlarian friends. 

 Thus I think making hard situation is good for keeping my motivation.

2 how do I motivative other people

 

 I think I need to show them goal. For me, having goal is important. If there was not any goal, I can't do with motivation. For example I'd like to get S score in my classes. It's my goal there. I can study hardly because of my goal. 

 For this reason, I think I think to show them goal is good way to motivative other people.

1. summary

5 months ago, she was illness. She had brain tumor. She said brain tumor likes gift because, she said that she could meet family, could get love from everyone, could get holiday between 8 weeks, she could eat tasty food, she could get flowers. Her life would change by the gift. She said “If you get the gift, you might understand peace, health, happiness” She could understand what is the most important thing our life. She thinks that doesn’t want to get same gift for all people. She said “if you get like accident, it is might a gift ”

2. lesson

I learned from this video that gift is not only positive thing. I watched this video, my thinking was change. When I heard gift, I always think good thing, for example birth day present, anniversary present and so on but this story was not same. I realized that bad gift would change our way and makes happy.

3. Experience

When I was junior high school student, my grandparents gave me opportunity to go to studying abroad. That is sounds like good but I don’t want to go, because I afraid to go to abroad alone and also I don’t have confidence of my English skill. Later, I realized the experience was changed my life. Actually it was so hard to me but I could learn so many things.

I think she’s speech is likes detour to say what is gift. Then she could get many attention from listener because they want to know answer. I think this is another reason that she said at the end of speech that most important thing.

Q1 When I write a letter, I prefer analog style which is handwriting because I think handwriting letter is put mind of writer. So I use the way for example I write letter when my family's and friend's birthday, Mother's Day, Father's Day and so on. Handwriting letter is registered each human's individuality and there is warmth in the letter.

Q2 I prefer digital style, for I write this blog using iPhone which is very convenience now. However as stated above, when I tell mind someone, I use handwriting letter that is analog style, so I like  sometimes use analog style.

Assignment 4: Takumi Katsuno

 Q1:  I like drawing a picture. When I draw a picture, I use a paintbrush, because it is easy to use and express it. However, some people draw a picture with their computer recently. Then they use a digital pen. It is difficult for me to draw a picture and I cannot express it freely. That is why I prefer to draw a picture with a paintbrush than to use a digital pen.

Q2:  I prefer "Analog" in my life, because the analog life is more interesting than the digital life. If I spend the analog life, I cannot know the problem in advance and I cannot expect happening next, but it is the good point of analog. That is why I can always experience events in defferent form. However, if I spend the digital life, I can know the problem in advance, I can expect happening next, and I will not be surprised at any time. It is boring for me to spend the life. I thought that we should go our ways like analog life to find new something.

She had a hemangioblastoma. When she had a disease she got some gifts. For example flower, gourmet and so on. She said that I have a opportunity to think my body and what is important. And she changed her mind. She thinks when it happens she receives gift.

I learned appearance is chsnged by simply changing the idea. Disease is bad thing for her but she is positive. She appreciated a lot of things family ,letter and disease. She changed her mind by myself. Therefore she realized many things. It is most important thing that she said you're faced  with something that's unexpected , tgat it just may be a gift.

I tell you about my experience. I didn't like to study English because there are many rules. Writing is difficult I didn't speak. However when I went to abroad first time I realized language is just tool. If I can speak I talk with all over the world. Further many people do not speak correct English but they are really active. They don't care about little mistake. English is not study just one of tool I think. 

She has

 a real experience that she met death. Anybody has not. If she talk about fake story maybe anybody is not impressed. There are no doubt. Her experience is much value. Therefore listener consider lots of things. Of course we did.

Q1: I like analog technology. For example,CompactDisc. Many people are download the music from the Internet. But I think it is not good,because CompactDisc have many songs,so you can find out your favorite song from the CompactDisc.

Q2: I prefer analog style. In my case,I like where I make something. For example,Drawing... Put together...and Making that is very important,because making makes me sensitivity and fulfillment. Analog takes a hell of a time,but that's the beauty of it.

I like letter better than email. Email is very convenience, low cost and easy. However letter is very warmth. Letter takes require, so we should wait for reply, but I think waiting is a real pleasure.

Q1 I like sometimes analog technology. For example, in  end of the year I made New Years card then I written by my self. In the present age, almost people made it by computer that is nice design but I prefer writing on the card because I like making card by myself.

 When I saw pictures, I prefer analog way that is making an album. Our life has been convenience by developing technologies. We to can check pictures to use laptop, smartphone, digital photo flame and so on. Nowadays, we independent data.  I prefer digital something because, digital is really good quality that analog something for example, TV. The past TV was analog. There was only two colors white and black but now TV has so many colors. It is so beautiful and high quality.  Recently, new TV’s technology appeared that is 4K TV. When I saw 4K TV, I was surprised. It was so beautiful and colorful. I thought that digital is good and I can’t image life without digital but we should not forget about analog because digital is obtained by analog.

When I play the piano, I use a metronome . Some times digital metronome's rhythm is crumble. Because digital metronome is moved by a battery. But analog metronome is not use battery and this rhythm is not crumble.

Analog record is better I think. When I listen to music I compare analog and digital. I like analog because it puts out a soft sound. If you listen analog you immediately apparent.  It is difficult for digital to reproduce perfectly.  We can listen true sound from analog.

Of course I prefer analog. Why I think it because digital dose not reproduce a lot of part. For example , photo. There are many digital camera like Nikon, Canon and so on. If I take a picture all of things same situation, Canon's picture is little bit red, Nikon's picture is little bit purple. Digital camera is depend on processor.  However, analog camera can take same picture. In other word , analog camera can reproduce as the one seen. It has inconvenience like editing , changing to digital, dose no take again etc. Because there are many of inconvenience , better art is born I think.

Q.1  When I play fishing, I prefer to use analog type fishing device which is made by myself because I like making fishing device myself and also it is easy to using. Nowadays we can buy new and efficient fishing devices, but there need high costs and really difficult to using. That's why I'm prefer to use analog type fishing device even thought not efficient to catch fish.

Q.2 I think depend of things, I have a experience about "dictionary" I used paper dictionary one month ago, at that time I thought electric dictionary is more convenience to using and I bought it. But now I'm still using paper dictionary even I have electric dictionary because I felt electric dictionary is really forgettable new words I don't know why, but paper dictionary is suitable for me so I'm still using paper dictionary. Actually new technology makes our lifestyles are more convenience and I'm use it also, such as Cellphone, PC, Camera, electric dictionary, and many more. So I'm using analog and digital for depends on situation.

I go to the place where is the working person whom real I want to commit. If I can't go to there, I watch the pictures or videos.  A few days ago I went to Hawaii. Then I felt my English skill about vocabulary  is not enough. So I work hard at more study from now on.

My motivation is traveling. I like where I go to other country because  I can become meeting new friends around the world. We make contact each other how we use e-mail in English. Therefore I was realized what I have limited English skills, so I motivate myself. And I could study not only English but also culture all of world. Knowing is the best of way of motivate myself.

2 How do I motivate other people?

I don't have firm answer, but I think studying together is good situation like Mr. N's class. This class is important cooperation with classmates for example, pair work, group discussion and so on. We have to communicate more. Then we can get new knowledge and opinions, and we become affluent imaginary skill.

My motivate is in situation now. I'm 3rd gread, almost my friends and around the people speaks English. I'm feel ashamed of don't speak and mortifying everytime. But I have bad point that I'm quick to give up. Before I taken lean English classmate is same level. I think Nakagawa's class is so high level. I never taken such class. Everybody has  motivate and high level skils. Moreover almost classmate is the younger than me. That condition is good for me.

This question is so difficult for me. Because everytime other people give to motivate for me. But I think studying together is good. I don't know what, why,  something. We find to new knowledge, and get to other opinions.

I decide my goal at first. It is my way to do motivation. I have goal each semester for example, this semester's goal is "improve my TOEIC score"
I always think about study English with my goal because it makes me keeping motivation. I do not decide goal that impossible by myself and also I do not make a safety net. I think it us important thing that to try hard and keeping motivation.

Almost time I study with someone for example my friend, teacher, and older student. I think study together is really good way to improve English skill, because if I have a question I can ask to people who study together. I can learn from them and if can see as a rival. I have my motivation that  I take in relaxation between study . For example, listen to music,go to the sea near my house and so on. So, this relaxation is helping my study. When  I can't  concentration study, I do this relaxation and I study well. So study well, my motivation is go up next study.

My motivation is "making something". For example ,making money ,making friend, making manufacturer etc.  I have two experience. First, when I go to abroad I don't have enough money. I don't need it. Because I can get money in a street. I can play some performance like a beat box , dance etc. It's easy for me to get money. This is my motivation for performance. Second , why do I study English. Because I stayed abroad 3monthes per year. I wanna take communication other people.This is the most important thing that when I find cute girl ,I can take communication in English. If I do not speak English I do not get a chance. I wanna houng out with then. This is my motivation.

I always do first another people. I show them what I do.  When I was high scool student I belonged basketball team. They did not plactice.I said why don't you plactice hard? They said it's hard. 1 How do I motivate myself?

Actually I'm motivated by many ways such as friends, classes, exams, and many more. Now I'm studying hard, but my friends also studying very hard too when I meet my friends, I can realize I'm not enough to studying. And also when I was in Philippine I realized my English skill is poorer than any other countries students. So now I have motivate to studying English.

2 How do I motivate other people?

I'm often to join events which are try to talk or discuss in English. When I decided to join these events, always I'm invite my friends because I knew cooperation is really important to improving our English skills, also we can solve any difficult problems.

I motivate myself by various way. For example, I motivate to study with my friends. When I study assignment with my friends, we can teach and improve each other. And I like eating food, listening to music, and reading book. So I motivate myself by food, music, and book. In addition, I feel refreshed to motivate through sport. When I play favorite sport, I can change my mind and I feel so happy at that time. Through these way, I can motivate myself.

I do same way that I did to motivate other people. For example, I study together, I practice together, and so on. If I'm belong to baseball team, I'll definitely compete position with teammate. But it is important situation because through the situation we can make motivation each other. 

I think we can improve ourselves and other people any time, so we should cooperate each other.

Story:

         This is the movie about story of Honda company's development way. Honda company's development team developed "Insight" which is hybrid car. However, there were a lot of problem  until they developed it. Before they achieved it, they worried whether we can develop "Insight". Then they decided "Kick out the ladder". This mean keep challenging and don't make escape way. They decided a commitment. That is why they could make "Insight".

Moral lesson:

         I learned "Never give up" from this video. If I give up to achieve, that is all. But if I don't give up,I may achieve. So I should keep challenging and I shouldn't give up any time.

Experience:

         I my experience when I was high school student third grade and it belonged to tennis club, I took part in a final tennis tournament. But I sprained my ankle five days later. Nevertheless, I didn't give up to participate it. I could participate the game. And I competed with opponent who is stronger than me, but even then I didn't give up to win them. After that, I could win the game. Then I thought I shouldn't give up any time. This experience is important for my life.

1: How do you motivate yourself? 

 I gonna toalk about how I motivate myself. For instance, I think I'll do something then I have to do with companion for something because I never do something to achieving  by myself. So I think cooperation is most important for keeping motivation and growth. I have been experienced about it. Cooperation able to keep the motivate for myself therefore I respect to the person of having ambition because I'm influenced by them.

 This is difficult question for me, but I have some experience about motivating

other people. For example, I'm working

at tennis school since 3 years ago that is job of instructor for customers. When I started instructor then I had some problem about  teaching tennis that I couldn't tell tennis skill to customers. So I couldn't motivate. After some lessons, I had been thought about how I motivate to customers. At that time, I hited some idea that is comunication then I didn't understand the thought of custmer. After the comunication, I have been motivate to customers therefore I could understand the thought of customers and opinions. Right now, my lesson is including customers opinion and my opinion.  

 In my conclusion, I think comunication is most important for motivating other people.

Story

Honda developed "Insight" which is hybrid car. It is a new and high technology, so development is very difficult. But they continued to challenge and did test over and over.

Lesson

I learned "Never give up" from this video. I thought when I watched it, we can dreams come true how we make efforts and challenge.

Experience

When I was junior high school student, I didn't go to school because I was afraid meeting people why there were trouble. I couldn't get on a train alone and hated going out. I was unwilling to go high school and university. I was spiritless to live, I didn't know why I live. But my mother said me "It's good just to be alive with health." I was saved this word and I was thankful for her.

Then I commuted high school ,and entered university. I did not give up to live. There are such a pain experience anyone, but keeping live without giving up is important I think.

Experience 

When I was junior high student I belonged to soccer club. I have few staying power. Therefore, I have to gain it because, soccer always have to run a ground. So I tried to go running around my home for gain it.  But, I sometime      

give up. This is my weak point. I thought solution. I tried to go running far place and decided to destination where I goal.

Next, I didn't have any money and iPhone. Because, When I was tired, I can go back my home by public institution. I had commitment that take away escape route. The result, I sometime had hard time. But I could get staying power. To take away my escape route can grow up me.

     I watched the video about history of developing INSIGHT whis is advanced hybrid car sales by HONDA. At that time, hybrid car was not so popular and famous and many engineers have no confidence that this project will success. How ever they have to keep going, because there is a mission statement from the president"kick out the ladder."

     From this video, I learned "the importance of challenge" because virtually the engineers of HONDA faced up to the difficult situation and succeeded their project admirably. In this video, Takeo Fukui the president of HONDA strongly said "You have to push people to the difficult situation. Otherwise we can't creat new technologies." and also hesaid"We should not think about safety net."
     When I watched this movie, I was so impressed, because I have a simmiler experience in my life. I have choosen so many escape way so far, because it is easier than challenge. For example, I'm taking some English classes  in my university now, and in the most of classes, I'm quite negative student. Why I can't raise my hand up? Why I can't say my opinion clearly? Sometime, I ask to myself and I found the answer. It because I'm escaping from challenging. I was afraid of making mistakes, but I realized that escaping makes nothing. This video is really meaningful for me, because it changed my mind dramatically.

This story is produced new hybrid car developed by Honda. The new hybrid car is "INSIGHT." They created new something and comes with a lot of problems. "Kick out the ladder" means it's corner to the limit and people can do it.  

Lesson

Experience 

I join project. This project is "Rwanda project." Our activity is send to art supplies tools to Rwanda. We hope use that tools. But we went to Rewanda and seen their everyday. They didn't use and didn't want to that. They really want to different something. Our project was failure. We thinking new activity and failure every time.  Honda developed hybrid car which is Insight in the USA but Insight project is so difficult. Before development, Takeo Fukui who is Honda's CEO said "people must stand extreme situation then you can create new idea". After the extreme situation, Honda could make Insight.

Morlal lesson 

 I learn about resolution in this movie because I think Honda's worker had resolution therefore they can make the new car which is Insight. So if people do something then people should have resolution. I think that it will connect success.

Experience 

 I have similar experience about this movie. When I was high school student at that time I belonged to tennis club. I had been played tennis every day but my tennis skill was not inough for the wining  game because I didn't have resolution for tennis. So I had to improve environment where is most high level team in my school. My team mate thought me tennis skill, mental and so on therefore I could have resolution. After improving environment, I could win the tennis tournament. So I think that resolution and environment is important for my life.

This is the video about what was important when people produced INSIGHT.

INSIGHT is car of Honda and INSIGHT is hybrid car. There was not general because hybrid car was bought by people who have interested in hybrid car.  Development project (production for INSIGHT) member thinks Kick out the ladder. They know that,   if they want to produce good object, they should do that. They felt pressure at that time.

Some person appeared in this video. For example, Chuck Thomos who manager Honda charge of safety, Yasunari Seki who leader of project, Takeo Fukui who president of Honda and so on. Takeo Fukui said we should not think about safety net. We have to make new car that should fit with surrounding. That means kick out the ladder. Honda  company knew how we can make satisfaction for costumer. Costumer fells influence from result that after considered.

 

 

Moral lesson

 

I learned “Corner by my self is important” from this video because INSIGHT project was succeed to use this way. It is easy for us to escape when we felt hardship however they did not choice that. I think that is really important point. In fact almost people choices escape. They don’t want to get hard so they did. I think it is big problem for our future　because if they would not try, we can’t make new technology more. Our growth may stop in the future.

I have same experience about studying English. When I was high school student, I don’t want to try for studying because I felt boring to all class. I had to take a note and I could not share my opinion with class mate. I did not like Japanese education system therefor I escaped.

 

I promoted for 3^rd grade of high school student. I saw advertisement about studying abroad in my high school. I was interested in abroad and studying English so I decided to go to studying abroad to corner for me. I wanted to be a change for me. I know how lazy I am. It was good experience for me. I could understand what should I do in university and I could gain a little confidence of English. I understood how important to challenging at that time. That’s why I learning English now.

Story
Insight was developed by project  team of Honda. This is hybrid cars. But at that time, it didn't sell as expected. 

Then the project team thought that kick out the ladder. Meaning of always challenge and don't make escape way. Also Takeo Fukui who is president and CEO of Honda said that set fire to it. So they tested many times for create new development. 

Lesson

This video teach me about don't make escape way and always challenge. Almost people afraid when they start something new, because of mistakes. However, if we afraid of something new, we can't create new ideas more than better. Also then, if we make escape way, we can escape. This is very easy for us. However, if we really want to improve ourselves, we have to try anything and prepare. I learned it from kick out the ladder. 

My experience 

Takeo Fukui said "kick out the ladder and set fire to it. I have known this word since I was high school student, because my teacher said, but at that time I didn't know this video. When I heard this word, I couldn't decide whether study or club activity, I couldn't be compatible,because club activity is very hard. However, I value both study and club activity. Then, I heard this word from my club coach. And I realized that I'm making way to escape. After that I study and practice hard. This experience became my power.

Story

This is the video about story of Honda company's development team. In 2005 they had a big project to make new manufacture. They called "Insight" this car is kind of hybrid car. But at that time, a degree of recognition was still lower than present. Takeo Fukui who is the president of Global Honda said "You have to push people to a difficulty situation, otherwise we can't create new technologies" It means kick out the ladder. In fact when he just gave the targets to development team also he said "our challenge is continue to deliver products of the highest quality products with the highest efficiency" to public. That thing was absolutely made engineer's feeling for more struggle. In addition the company Honda also have that kind of experience. In 1982 the Honda began to build product in US that was first car company began to business in foreign country.

Moral lesson

I learned "The value of challenge"from this video because actually Honda's engineer were in hardest situation. I think they could choose escape from that kind of situation. But they did't. On the contrary they god reward with "Insight" So I realized, if I get difficulty problem, I have to try to solve it  even It's an extreme problem. Then I'll can find to way of solving problem. Just try it.  

Experience

I have a similar experience about studying. I have a lot of experience of challenging. Two month ago I joined Eurasia Student's Forum in Yamanaka Village. It was really great experience. But also really difficult for me, because that forum were discuss with Russian student's. We were prepared own topic in English. Especially for me it's a really difficult,because at that time I was in Philippine for studying abroad,so I didn't have enough time to preparing for forum.On that day, first I thought I could't do anything, but also think about how could I adapted this situation. So I did my best. As a result I succeed discuss really deeply about our topic with Russian student's.

Story 
Ramsey Musallam is a chemistry teacher. He realized that student's question is true start for study when he had a matter of life and death. Then he has left pseudo education. He understood that real teacher role is bring up curiosity. And he decided 3rule. First is "Curiosity comes first". Second is "Embrace the mess".  Third is "Practice reflection". Cultivators of curiosity and inquiry make student's school day brightness. 

Lesson
He said that student's question is very important. I think so, too. 
But Japanese students can't emphasize their questions. As a reason Japanese education doesn't have enough opportunities for emphasize their opinions. Japanese education hasn't  been able to grow the curiosity. This situation is serious problem for Japanese. So, we should make opportunity by ourselves to grow curious for the future in Japan. 

My experience 
When I was junior school student, I was member of wind orchestra club. My club was very weak, so teammates gave up. But when we became third grade, teacher said that let's take a gold prize in this year.  But nobody said can't, because we can get only bronze prize. Then our reader encourage us. She said challenge and curious is important, and we had motivation. So we practiced very hard. And we weren't seized with the conventional basic method what before we did. We took the various exercises method what we created. Everyone had curiosity and spirit of challenge. Then we could get gold prize. Our club has never gotten gold prize. So it was first time for our club. I could learn what we should challenge everything with curiosity through this experience.

Story 

Romsey Musallman is chemistry teacher in high school. He could understand what need for education through him teaching experience more than 10 years. He had a cancer at artery. He afraid that but when he talked with his doctor, he could get peace of mind. Because his doctor has confidence to do operation.  He though. It is important to prepare for everything. He said that all teacher must make sure to foster for student’s curiosity.

Lesson

From his story because I think that fix rule and fix frame is no good for us, I learned following important points: Curiosity comes first, Embrace the mess, and Practice reflection. There would be disturb good opinions and good ideas. Therefore, we have to think without frame. We should have a flexible mind like children. 

I learned being flexible is important for us.

We need to think outside of the box. If we do that we will be discovery new ideas. 

My personal experience 

 When I was high school student, I was member of student council’s accounts. We had to work for school at that time. It was really hard for us because quantity was a lot. One day, our leader said let’s do brain storming. I want your crazy and curios opinions.

We talked about what I wanted to do at student council. We shared with each enthusiasm of student council. For example, we stick Post-it on a wall, window, white board, refrigerator, PC, and so on. Since then, we held meeting every day. We discussed in unreasonably. Probably, students except student council member thoughts that we looked like fools. However, we could succeed almost to use this way. I thought that we needed curiosity as well as considering through having fun to prepare for the theme. This experience was really important for me

Ramsey Musallam is a teacher who teach chemistry. He talked about "what is important for teaching" with his real experience.When he were thirty-five years old he got a big desease in his thoracic aorta.At that time he felt scared,but he found surprising moment of confort, his surgeon had big confident to surgey.So he asked to surgeon,and he said three things.Curiosity,Embraced and didn't fear and Through intense reflection.When he discharge hospital he god a lot of things from that words.Now he has three rules in his class.The first one is curiosity,Second is Embrace the mess and Third one is Practice reflection.He think the each students has different point.So the most difficult point of teaching is "How will they grow this curiosity" Educator has many possibility to grow student's curiosity.

Lesson

I learned from this story is the value of curiosity.Now in japanese education prefer to teach for students quiet,that thing is supress to curiosity.Mostly Japanese people like cooperation with other people.I think that point is our weak point and also strong point.But in my opinion is japanese students should have curiousity for anything because we still have possibility to anything.

My personal experience

When I entered university all of students had nervous to took classies,because nobody can expect how difficult is that classies.So they chose easier class,but I had defferent opinion,I had curiosity to took harder classies because i really wanted to improving my english skill.Now I think my choise was correct,actually that class was little bit hard for me but it also gave me a lot of inspiration. I realized to try to anything is really important for inprove own any skills.
